The workshop is in P1 - Room 127 (3. Convention Centre - P1). See the CHI 2026 programme map for the room location. For a sense of the layout, a 360° panorama of a similar room is available on the CCIB website.

The room has a seating capacity of 75. We are expecting 15–20 participants. The workshop is invite-only. The room is equipped with a projector, screen, microphones, and speakers.
